The support team, apart from installation and start-up services, offers comprehensive support in troubleshooting technical problems, including consulting services and prompt repairs in case of a plant failure.

The support team consists of experienced specialists, who know all the devices very well. The support team has its own means of transport so that they can get to the Customer’s facility without a delay. Apart from warranty service we also offer post-warranty services to all our Customers for equipment manufactured both recently and many years ago.
