Equipment for metal cutting:

• TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 cutting machine (max thickness of black plate 20 mm, aluminium 8 mm, acid-resistant steel 12 mm, max plate dimensions 1500mm x 3000mm)
• CNC automatic machine for gas cutting of metal plates (max thickness = 150mm, max width = 2500mm, max length = 4000mm)

Machining equipment:

Apart from all-purpose machine tools we also have special-purpose machines, including:

• Sandblast cabinet for surface cleaning before structure painting, max structure dimensions 3000mm x 12000mm and max weight 3200kg,
• Paint shop for painting structures with max dimensions 2500mm x 14000mm and max weight 3200kg,
• Electric furnaces for heat treatment – max dimensions of items 500mm x 680mm x 1200mm annealing furnaces for steel structures with max dimensions 1000mm x 1000mm x 2000mm.
