The cutting line is used to cut pre-cured cellular concrete blocks in the forming and cutting room. The cutting line equipment makes it possible for the curing process of the cellular concrete blocks and the autoclaving process of the construction elements to take place in a horizontal position, while blocks are cut in a vertical position. The line can be used to cut blocks to different sizes (depending on the type of the final products); smooth blocks, tongue and groove blocks or blocks with anchoring elements can be cut. The whole cutting process is automatic. Duration of a cutting cycle is approx. 7 min.
